We’re fired up to get your gear out the door and on its way to you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
During product launches, limited drops, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Road Runner Western is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim — though we’re always happy to help where we can.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
